Viewing a connected endpoint's display

When watching a recording, you can monitor the playback shown on a user's video endpoint. You may also monitor the display when making point-to-point recordings. The monitor display is not available for streaming playback connections. To monitor the display:

1. Go to Connections.
2. Click a connection name to display the connection status page.
3. Click the Display tab.
4. Select which endpoint's display you wish to view (point-to-point recordings only).

 

Display monitoring is not available for non-interactive recordings.
